My kid’s story
Go through the life of my kids as they’re growing up playing their favorite and not so favorite video games. You will get their point of view,
comments, opinions, cheat codes, tips and tricks of the different systems and games they have played and sometime mastered. We will go through the different age stages and review which games are appropriate for their age and the level of fun.
As we enter into the computer age with rapid technological changes my kids where introduced early into the video game mania. Long gone where the days where playing games at home was to play ping-pong in a black and white screen. My kids miss the pinball and Pac Man arcade craze but as the game technology developed and companies like Atari, Nintendo and Turbo Graphix 16 were able to bring to your home the games colors, action, selection and quality that you was getting only at the arcades playhouse, and now, finally you was able to enjoy it in your own living room TV. Oh that was so sweet !!!
Now you can play your favorite game as long as you want it, and as many times as your parents allow it, you don’t need to have a bunch of quarters in your pocket and be fast enough to pull a quarter from your pants and put in the quarter slot before your game level were over, those were the arcade days.

Their 1st video console they got was a system called Turbo Graphix 16. This system brought a lot of joy to my kids. They enjoyed games with names such “Bonk revenge”, “Bonk adventures”, Ninja spirit, Galaxga and many others. I believed this system was very advanced for their time. The games were in a plastic card similar to a credit card (called HU card). The games were inserted in the console slot and you were ready to play. The other nice feature this system has was that you were able to play CD-Games in the same consol.
Turbo Graphix 16 was rapidly displaced by Nintendo 64 followed by The Game Cube with more advanced gaming technologies in amazing graphics, realistic action and more fun to play
Now, introducing the wireless and internet access technology the “Wii”. Oh man! How I envy my kids for having such cool games, why they didn’t have these cool games when I was a kid !!!!!
